By downloading, installing, or using software and services provided by Secure Byte Technologies, you agree to be bound by the following terms.
01.License Grant
Secure Byte Technologies grants you a personal, non-exclusive, revocable license to download and install the client application on your personal or work devices solely for lawful network connection purposes.
02.Guest Downloads and Account Separation
Downloading the standalone client installer is provided freely without account creation. Access to specific external VPN server infrastructure may be subject to separate network capacity, access tokens, or operational availability determined by Secure Byte Technologies.
03.Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the software or routing services for any unlawful activities, including but not limited to unauthorized computer access, denial-of-service attacks, transmission of malicious code, or violation of intellectual property rights.
04.Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability
The software is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Secure Byte Technologies and its individual developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the software.
