Run and verify
Save SecureByteVPN.exe and open it. No application installer is required.
Select an existing Windows IKEv2-only or SSTP-only VPN profile and approve its server address.
Connect from the tray and use the Windows credential prompt when requested. Your VPN server or service is supplied separately.
Save SecureByteTimeAtlas.exe and open it. No installer, VPN profile, or internet connection is required.
Click a location on the boundary map or enter longitude and latitude to find its IANA zone identifier. Pan, zoom, or reset the world view.
The displayed clock follows your computer local time. The atlas identifies the selected region; it does not calculate live local time for that region. English or Russian follows Windows.
